Nothing is never too much trouble..they will go out of their way to make sure your needs are met. Stock a great variety of models and if there is something you are particularly interested in or looking for Mike and the team will try their best to get hold of it for you and always come through. I love the preorder system and the fact you pay when the model is ready for postage, rather than in advance. Ordering is an absolute doddle and the team keeps you informed of new arrivals and about your order. Orders always arrive super quick and very well packaged. 
Overall a really great team that deserves the recognition for all their hard work and dedication they give to the customers and have an amazing model store/website which is hard to find these days. I will not go anywhere else! 🙂 xx
