RB51 Posted September 19, 2015 Share Posted September 19, 2015 It's not a great system as you need to be watching the screen to get the "are you there" message from them. I gave them a couple of time slots that I would be in front of the screen and it worked both in terms of them logging in when I was available and them getting the issue fixed.
