It won't download and blames the firewall. Augustus Caesar Posted October 6, 2015 Share Posted October 6, 2015 @HowardYou say you turned off the firewall... is that the Windows own version or a thrid party one?It may sound like an odd question but believe me third party firewalls allow you to 'turn them off' when they really don't fully disable themselves. This may be your issue. If it's the Windows one please check the RM program is listed to allow it through the net... although it probably is there already but note this is only advice as I cannot see your machine.If you use a program like Norton's or McAfee it will always get in the way of RM and it is STRONGLY recommended you don't use them.
