ascotford Posted December 8, 2015 Share Posted December 8, 2015 I have tried to email this to customer services with no response for over two weeks now !!The thomas train set sold for £59 has inccorect details:1) it was originally listed to contain a midi mat (a detail that was removed from the web site after I pointed this out but no one has replied about)2) The box pictures a junction and two extra curve parts that was no contained in the boxI would like both of these supplied to me as the product has been miss sold !!I was more understanding at the being back the lack of response from your useless customer service team has anoyed me know.Kind Regards,Andrew Scotford Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
