Gearoid
Hi Folks, having an issue whereby Elink/Railmaster not reading any of my accessory decoders. Strangely enough it would appear that I can program them?
Fishmanoz
Hi Gearoid, we are going to need a lot more information than that to assist. For a start, is your RM all correctly set up using the latest version from the link at the top of the RM forum, as per the HRMS post near the bottom of page 1 of the Hornby Railmaster thread on here with the correct lines in your ini file? What accessory decoders are you using? You say you can program them, so are they working correctly? If so, why do you need to read them? And finally, how are you trying to read them? HornbyRailMasterSupport
"Gearoid" We have done some work recently on accessory decoder programming. Can you download the latest RailMaster revision from www.powerpos.com/rail-master/rm_setup.exe and install it over your existing program and try again reading your (presumably Hornby R8247) accessory decoders again. Fishmanoz
So again we see, if having a problem with RM, any problem, first download the latest and see if the problem is now solved. Even if you only last downloaded yesterday.
