Agent .25i
So, I've read some nasty reviews regarding spares with Airfix. And come end of last November, I was about ready to hate as well. Fortunatey I resubmitted my request in early December (a month after initial request), and within hours recieved an email saying they were on it.2 weeks later another email requesting my address, again... And then a day later another email saying everything was in the mail, en route.Today I recieved a brown box of gold. All parts I needed were there. Even including the two pots of H33 that burst open at some point during the kits shelf life.Only thing I can nitpick about is how they cut the sprue tree for the two antennas (I belive that's correct term when referring to an antenna that's not attached to an insect) for my Lancaster. They have been stressed as a result of the spurs being open at one end now. Though, not nearly as bad as the ones that came in kit.All the clear pieces are for my Short Stirling. The entire second sprue (all fuselage windows, moondome, and the doral turrets) was missing. All in all, a positive experience. The Spares Department really came through. Thanks Airfix, and to those who run that department. Saw some pics online of your department... Let's just say, I'd love to spend an afternoon there./media/tinymce_upload/973ec676b12bdcc676c03ef7c3ffc041.jpg/media/tinymce_upload/d01e5191c094c99a27bc14a215cb360e.jpg/media/tinymce_upload/0fd68e8909200029af8b7cfa7ed2340b.jpg
