justin_noble
Hi Folks,I purchased the Hornby Western Master Set from Hawkin's Bazaar in Leicester yesterday as a gift for a family member. Before wrapping it up last night I thought I'd just give it a check over and found that the Railmaster Disk is missing. I've checked it hover half a dozen times and it's definitely not there. Is it possible to get a replacement please? I've contacted Hawkin's Bazaar but they don't have any more Western Master sets in stock so can't exchange it.Thanks in advanceJustin

How's that for prompt support!Nice one Hornby / Railmaster
Fishmanoz
Good one Justin, and welcome to the forums. As they've probably told you, the disc itself is completely unnecessary you need only the activation code. My advice is always to throw the disc in the bin and download the latest from the link at the top of this forum. Keep the activation code somewhere safe, you may need it later for disaster recovery. For normal deactivation/reactivation, you can find it in the Help screen where you put it in the first place.
