This layout is plan 6/9 in the Hornby Track Plans Book 9th Edition (R.8110).

 

Also plan 6/9 in the Hornby Track Plans Book 10th Edition (R.8110A).

 

Baseboard size: 5640mm X 1670mm (18.5 ft X 5.5 ft).

 

This has 4 circuits, and can run 4 trains at one time.

Note, you can download the plan from the linked site in AnyRail format (track planning software). You can then install the evaluation copy of AnyRail and see the parts list. Well at least that is the theory. See the 'Download' tab at the top of the track plan sites web page.
