The tooling for the two GWR Centenary coaches originated with Airfix and came to Hornby via Dapol.  As far as I am aware, only the composite and brake 3rd moulds exist.

As an aside the original Airdix brake was a better model than the Hornby one since it had both batery boxes at one end. Sadly the later models use the composite chassis with a batery box at either end.

When my sight was better I had once considered doing a cut and shut using several spare bodies to produce other varients but didnot have the courage to start!

Also be careful if you intend to have more than one rake of centenaries otherwise you may end up with more of the specific types than the GWR!

I found the body of one of the real GW Centenary carriages grounded as accomodation for the Carriage and Wagon department at Rotherham Road sidings in South Yorkshire. Cannot say which one though, it had been painted white. Long since gone, bulldozed along with the sidings, for a Retail Park!

Thanks for the reference to Wizard models, but unfortunately I cannot contemplate building coaches from scratch - the painting and lining would defeat me!
