I tried with 2 different devices (Ipad Air and Samsung phone) and both needed to be extremely close (within a feet and directly in front) to the ARC to remain paired. Is that normal ? Anything I can do to fix that ?

Posted January 23, 2016 Posted January 23, 2016 Technically Blueooth has a range of several meters but realistically it is only a few centimeters/inches.The only thing I can think of is that there is some sort of intereference or metal in the way.Also make sure your device has nothing else running the background that might cause it to operate slowly.I always have the device right next to the track so I have never had a problem.
