Can someone possibly tell me the height from base to chimney top of a standard skaledale  cottage please

It would help David if you were to specify the Cottage Rxxxx number. Is it by chance the R9805.

Sorry Chris wasn't specific as I was just trying to get a height of a standard building  but R8621 will be fine please

just working out how much gap to leave between baseboard and wall when folded against wall

My R8621 & R8621 are exactly 115mm from the base to the top of the Chimney Pots. Suggest leaving a bit more spare to cater for different (other) building styles.

I am interested in using some OO scale Skaledale buildings on my HO scale (1/87) layout in the USA.  Can anyone give me the exact dimensions (length and width) of any currently available building they have?  I just want to see if it is close enough or will look too large before I order.  Thanks!
