andel1 Posted March 25, 2016 Share Posted March 25, 2016 hi allnew problem today, Iv'e fitted an uncoupler to my layout opperated by a wee surface mounted point motor which in turn is connectected to a hornby decoder, Iv'e also put the said coupler onto my track plan and programed the decoder, now when I click on the test button of the program pannel everything works but when I click on the track plan nothing happens so what am I doing wrong ?????regardsandrew Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Fishmanoz Posted March 26, 2016 Share Posted March 26, 2016 As the test function works, it would seem that you have set it up correctly. You have then exited from Design Mode to try to operate it though? Assuming you have, close down and restart RM, attempt to operate it from your layout, then go into the Help window and send an email to HRMS from there and report the problem to them. You should get an immediate auto acknowledgement and they should then be back to you in a day or two. It's important to do it in the order I've said as the email to them will contain a file which reports to them exactly what you did so they can see where it might have gone wrong.
