Linking up DCC controlers

Hi can any one help,

I am runing a large layout with 1 Elite controler and 2 select controlers linked together. This inables me to control

multi locos at the same time with ease. I am also useing a stand alone select to operate all the points on the layout

My question is, is there a way i can add a 3rd select to the layout linked to the Elite. ie can i expand the phone type sockets on the back of the Elite?

Page 23 of the Select V15 Manual shows options for three, four & five Selects connected as Walkabouts.

You cascade multiple Selects with splitters [ R8237 ] these fit into the phone TYPE sockets (although they are of course not compatible with phones, the sockets just look similar). You will also probably need some [ R8266 ] cables as well. Note these new R8266 cables have round profiles. The flat version of these cables are not recommended.

Hi, welcome to the forum. You can run up to 6 walkabout select controllers from the Elite, your 3rd select could also be a walkabout.. How many points do you have. I am fairly sure you cant expand the phone socket.  but, the next poster could prove me wrong. john
