Adding track & cars on the Arc App for Arc One

Hi there.

Apologies if there is a simple answer to this - but I can't find it! 

I have recently bought the Arc One race set as well as a couple of other cars and the ultimate extension pack

When I try to add the extension pack and cars to "my garage" under the app, the app will not let me. I have been through the menus as follows - "my garage", "my collection", "options", "add item's", but when I press the appropriate green plus, nothing happens.

I am using an iPad Air 2 to run the app and it otherwise works brilliantly. 

Please can someone helps.

I will try to get my system up and running this week and test this.

In the meantime trying restarting the device  (your iPad) and if that doesn't help delete and reinstall the app.

I'm also the same! Bought Bathurst Showdown last week. Today went out and purchased App Race Control (C1329) and same thing app looks to have great poteNiall but can't add any track or cars. Have tried on both ipad and IPhone 6s.....no luck :( Any help or step by step instruction on how to progress through 'my garage' would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks in advance :)

I have tried to add pieces on both a galaxy note 4, and blu energy x. Its as if the green "add" button doesn't exist. I can see it, but does not respond to touch. Otherwise the app functions as it should, on both devices. Has anyone actually been able to add pieces or cars to their collection?

Same problem here. 

 

Cannot add anything (green plus button does not respond).

 

Tried on ipad 3 mini, iphone 6 and galaxy s6.

 

None work.

Btw this is on the most recent version of the app. Clean installs on all devices. It worked previously. 

 

Concerning to see other posts from June and still no word of a fix

Make sure the device is not paired with the Terminal track

Uninstall the app

Hard reset the iOs device

Upon reboot reinstall the app

Now iOS 10.0.2 on my iphone 6s and still can't add items. When will you fix the bug?

I there,

Everything seems fine with the app but like other members, I cannot add anything to my garage , the green button on the screen are not responding (or anything else on each description line).

Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 (SM-T310) with Android version 4.4.2

Arc Air base firmware 2.3

I tried to reinstall the app, with no result.

Still broken for Android, Scalextric ARC 'My Collection' cannot 'Add items' - clicking green '+' button does nothing.

I got this for my lad for Christmas very disappointed that its not working very well. Can't add cars or track. Will only work on a select few devices which is a bit rubbish. This isn't a new product and all bugs should be fixed by now. Uninstalling and reinstalling the app is not a fix. I've tried it on both android tablets and Apple ones. Neither work as it should.

Will I have the same issue if I upgrade to ARC AIR?

Same issue here - (never had a single green "add" button work")

ARC Air F/W 2.3 H/W 1.0.1 Controller .11

App 1.3 on Android (Galaxy S7 Edge) 6.0.1

App 1.3 on iPad Air 2 IOS 10.2

App 1.3 on iPad 4 IOS 10.2

App 1.3 on Android (hudl2)  5.1

Given its across so many platforms/OS it must be a pretty fundamental issue. I reall want to enthuse about the ARC Air system but the lack of obvious feedback for this sort of issue is bad. 

Also badly needs a more free running practice mode - so you can just do unlimited laps and see the lap times.

The "Adding car" function does not work. This is really sad and to be honest I fail to understand why this has not yet been resolved as this does not seem to be a new issue. Just look at all the customers in the forum that battle with this issue. I have recently bought four new cars and I am unable to add any of these four cars.

Could we please get an update on this issue from Scalextric and some kind of communication if they intend to solve it and make their customers and end-consumers happy.
