Is the Black 5 '44694' Tender or loco driven?

It's the current model R3323.........Indiana quoted the number in his other post.............the picture on the product page shows the wiring beneath the drawbar connecting to the tender which would indicate that the decoder socket is in the tender and not the motor...HB

I wouldn't rely on catelog photos. The one of Adderley Hall has water scoops but the two I bought did not. Also if you look closey at the railroad County 4-4-0 you will see gears between the tender wheels implying that it is tender driven but that is not the case,
