64lenny Posted September 6, 2016 Share Posted September 6, 2016 I recently connected an ACER Iconia One 10, B3-A30 tablet to my RM server. Android V.6 and Windows 8.1. Following several attempts to establish communications the communication with the server works and I am able to change points and control the function buttons for sound. However the speed toggle does not have any effect on the locos. The speed toggle on the server screen DOES move with the movement of the toggle on the tablet, but there is apparently no effect on the locomotive itself (zimo decoder)I have been unable to download Chrome 35 from the net (I will continue to try) Is this the problem??? or is there something else I forgot!!!!! To get the locomotive to move the procedure is as follows:set speed required using shunt or cruise button or throttle slidepress direction button to activate the speed choice and to set directionI'm not sure yet if this needs to happen for speed changes, that is to speed up or slow down once the loco is moving.
