roy_fitzsimmonds
Absolutely - YES! Over the past few months I've bought two different bottles of the Humbrol Precision glue in the yellow bottle with the needle spout. Both came from different shops at different times.BOTH are so thick as to be almost useless.I have to squeez the bottle almost to the point of bursting it to get any glue out.Revell glue in future. Biggyinn
Can't say i've hae any issues ....i have used old liquid poly and the new stuff in the yellow bottle with needle applicator .....been pretty consistant , except when its been very cool then it gets gloopy to the point you need to let it heat up a bit
Kenneth ONeill
I've always had that issue with "Precision Poly" (I always use the Revell Contacta Special) but I find the opposite with the "normal" liquid cements; that is Humbrol Liquid Poly flows better than Revell Contacta. Captain Triggers
What's your experience the glue does not apply cleanly even on a kit that i am superdetailing(dh88 needs to be reissued).
Dad Paul B
The nozzle on the new precision bottles seems to be narrower which might account for some of the flow issues. I am managing fine. The only issue I had was with a bottle of Liquid Poly - nothing wrong with the cement, just a very messy brush - bristles all over the place. The old bottles were deeper than the brush so getting mashed on the bottom wasn't an issue.
