HarveyLNER Posted December 23, 2016 Share Posted December 23, 2016 Hi Hornby I have been recieving tracking numbers for all my recent orders, but when my parcel arrives in australia I am not given a updated consignment number as your courier changes to TOLL here.I did recieve it a couple of time s but now nothing if possible could you request that your delivery company please update the new con note when it arrives in Australia. You might try the customercare contact link but again with the volume of emails they will be getting they wont answer you quickly. For me up in FNQ they have not used TOLL this year. An order paid on the 4th arrived on the 15th and another paid on the 7th arrived on the 20th by Fastway couriers.
