Potrail2378 Posted February 10, 2017 Share Posted February 10, 2017 Hi guys, I'm still relatively new to DCC and am about to purchase a DCC ready Yeoman class 59 to go with my rake of Yeoman hoppers. When it says 8 pin decoder, does that mean ANY 8 pin decoder? And will any 8 pin decoder be able to control any loco? I'm thinking, would the R 8249 decoder work OK.
