GWR Greg Posted February 11, 2017 Share Posted February 11, 2017 I have a Hornby Thomas and a Hornby Percy. Both fitted with Hattons basic decoders. I do run with scale speeds. I set up a consist of the two locos. Which ever loco I use to start the consist it runs as normal but the other one runs at half speed. Start with Thomas, runs as normal, Percy runs at half speed.
