I would use the Microsoft ones..Follow the proceduure in this previous post describing how to install the driver in Windows 10. It is exactly the same procedure in Windows 7. Note also, that the Elite and eLink driver is one and the same too. So just ignore the fact that the post below relates to an Elite and Windows 10. It is also the same procedure for an eLink on Windows 7..https://www.hornby.com/uk-en/forum/windows-10-drivers-for-hornby-elite/?p=1.Third reply down in the post..The Hornby driver documentation you are reading is grossly out of date and in bad need of updating..I have used the same procedure described in post above on Windows 7 without issue.
