geoffloco
I have a number of live steam locos and one was gradually losing power. It eventually, after 2 or 3 months packed up completly. She would fly round track on its own but would not pull any coaches.I decided to send back to margate after many hours trying to fix it myself, posted off on monday morning and loco is back with me today running like brand new, fantastic.Oh and cost for this 1ST CLASS service £10.I wish i had sent back before,i can usually put right running problems myself but this beat me. froudy2004
I have just received my live steam Mallard back from the service center to repair a fault with it, and have received the best service I have ever seen. It was sent off last Tuesday, and I have just received it back. It appears to have had a full service while there, and for that and two new parts I was charged £10! Three cheers for Hornby!!
