Moving my track plan to new computer

I am moving my railmaster and elink to a new dedicated laptop and would like to know if i can also move my personal track plan or do i have to make it again on track designer.

I have found the program file which is a .pln file and have copied it to a usb stick.

As well as "yourlayout.PLN" you need to copy a few other files as well to transfer your layout configuration to a new PC. The files you need to copy and transfer & the process to follow to do it are described on page 132 of the RailMaster user guide.

Note also, you have to "deactivate" your RM key on the previous PC before you can "reactivate" the key on the new PC. Again this is all explained in the manual on page 132.

I may be stating the very obvious but I have heard of frustration in this matter.

 

Make sure that you follow Chrissaf's advice about page 132 / deactivation)
