pete007
Hi Guys,I have got round to putting decoders into my Bachmann Voyager, I have set my shunting speed at the maximum 30mph but the loco moves very very slow nothing like 30mph more like 5mph. Is there anything which can be changed so can increase the shunting speed. Thanks in advancePeter
Nick_
What decoder did you use?Have you calibrated it or does the throttle show a maximum of 127 in red, i.e. It's showing speed steps even if it says mphWhat vales do you have for CV5 & CV6
pete007
Hi Nick,I am using the Hornby R8249 decoder when I look at the CV5 &6 all it brings up is XXX. I have my top speed set at 59mph as I don't run them at top speed, my HST I have set at 48 mph which is about the same speed as my Voyager. 96RAF
Have you got scale speeds selected in setup, if so try turning it off. Your throttle will either show MPH/KPH or speed steps.
