aeroplanegripper
Hello everyone,I meant to post this when I finished but events overtook me. This is built to represent the Hurricane Mk 1 (V7357) of Sgt James "Ginger" Lacey of 501 Squadron RAF flying out of Croydon and Gravesend in 1940. The kit was built OOB except for spare PE seat belts and spare decals. Lovely kit to build./media/tinymce_upload/e09f88959e5f2495b9184861d32da2df.jpgBest RegardsMark

John Symmons
Hi MarkVery nice build and the finish is spot on. Keep them coming.Looking at your photo I wanted to see more detail so I down-loaded it and opened in Photo-Paint, and did a few tweeks the result I've posted below. Hope you don't mind, I've do this to several other photos from this forum. I know we don't all have high-end photo gear, or the best lighting and often we have to catch-as catch-can, I'm one of those. Luckily I have plenty of sun in Cape Town. I've also changed the resolution to load faster.Hopefully the retouched photo showed the model off to greater advantage.Keep up the good work, and looking forwards to seeing more.Remember we do this for fun John the Pomhttp://i1275.photobucket.com/albums/y451/idiotone/bits%20and%20pieces/Ginger%20Lacys%20Hawker%20Hurricane_zpsngfh3wr3.jpg
