96RAF Posted August 20, 2017 Share Posted August 20, 2017 I assume Hornby are in the lap of the red tape gods in China who monitor the despatch of factory loaded containers through the customs checking system into the dock loading system, then upon the good grace of the container ship captain who it seems can set his own route and schedule (if my container full of household goods and my car in transit a few years back are anything to go by).
