Bulleidboy Posted September 5, 2017 Share Posted September 5, 2017 Hi RobertAs you are probably aware Hornby do not make a TTS set-up for the BoB Class of loco. I stand to be corrrected by someone more experienced in "sounds", but I think your only choice at the moment would be to fit the set-up from the new Merchant Navy Class loco - not available as such, but several major suppliers have removed the set-up from the M/N and are selling them separately (check ebay). The other, more expensive choice, would be to buy a sound decoder with BoB sounds together with a speaker. Your loco will be ready for sound, with everything being mounted in the tender. So the choice is down to you - there will be a vast difference in cost between the TTS system and a specialist set-up.
