58001
I have just installed the Railmaster Demo version (waiting for the full version to arrive by the post). After some confusion over drivers it now drives my Hornby Elite and any two of my trains. Trains speed up and slow down without any problem but I am having difficulty stopping them! When I drag the speed bar to 0 mph the trains slow but don't stop. Sometimes they even speed up again. It seems to take several attempts to convince the loco I want it to stop pulling the regulator t zero two or three times before it comes to a standstill. Has anyone else experienced this? LMSTim
Try un-checking "send real time data" in System Settings.
Mike_G
set the speed curve on the decoderthis will control the aceleration / deceleration rateset shunt speed to 5set max speed to what you need according to your loco/latoutmine is just a branch terminal so i set my 25/24/26 to 50the 20 to 35the 80s to max 15then use the shunt/cruise/stop buttonsif you whant to use the sliderthats ok but if you use shunt/cruise then try and use the slider you will getthe problem you are describing cos that button is still activefor some reason moving the slider does not unlatch the button settingyou can got to slider setting to cruise/shunt no problembut the otherway round dont whant to playtry it and seergdsMike
58001
Thank you both for your help. Unchecking Realtime Data in the system settings seems to have done the trick.I have also modified the shunt/cruise speeds to use those for most of my running as that is much more convenient as you go straight to the required speed. I just have to reprogramming the acceleration and braking settings on the locos so that they will pull away and brake more realistically.
