JeremiahBunyan
With the Class 87 from Hornby nearing it's final stages before going into production, I take this opportunity to urge Hornby to supply the Brecknell-Willis and Cross-Arm pantographs as spares via the website and the usual suppliers like Peter's Spares. All kits once available in abundance for the have now become as rare as hen's teeth. Intact I took advantage of the opportunity and designed my own 3D printed Brecknell-Willis pantograph and it's been one of my highest sellers. That's a kit that's not 100% accurate and still requires the old pantograph base as used by Hornby's Class 86/90/91. So please do invest in spares like this. Hornby has by far the most accurate rendition of the Brecknell-Willis pantograph currently and that's what's on your Class 87. It would also be amazing if Hornby would take advantage of the situation and fit the same Brecknell-Willis pantographs to future releases of the Class 90/91/92. Peter in Oz
I agree as I have a number of missing pantographs but no source of replacements.
JeremiahBunyan
I agree as I have a number of missing pantographs but no source of replacements. I just designed and made my own! I highly doubt Hornby will be releasing spares anytime soon.
