Kaimaumau stream Posted November 4, 2017 Share Posted November 4, 2017 I have one Hornby Britainia that runs at twice the scale speed as indicated on my elink computer screen ie:- 25 mph it seems to run at 50mph. when I run other Horny loco's they appear to run at the correct speed. the chip is a Hornby one.Any help would be very helpfull thanks. Chrissaf Posted November 6, 2017 Share Posted November 6, 2017 You can modify the scale speed settings for any loco (Hornby and Non Hornby) by clicking the 'Stop Watch' tool icon in this following RailMaster screen - see yellow highlight near bottom of image./media/tinymce_upload/5376e836bbdfa4cd1c1e64ea84d461d2.jpg./media/tinymce_upload/1922466d27c3bb1f8272ed16a1effa0e.jpg.Then by experimenting with the entry in the "time to travel 6.274m" configuration box you should be able to alter the scale speed configurations. Just experiment with entry values if you don't have access to 6.274 metres of track to follow the manual exactly. Images above taken from Pages 34 and 37 of the RailMaster manual.
