Im a newbie to dcc and railmaster. Bought a class 31 and a tts sound decoder for it.But unable to download loco cv settings to the decoder.read the manual but,so could someone please help me out and talk me through it how to.

Just taking what you have posted literally as written:

Your question in the phrasing written really doesn't make a lot of sense (see below). The decoder is shipped with all the CV settings already loaded into the decoder, so you don't need to download the CV settings into it.

Things that you might have meant to say are:

.

1. I can't change the default DCC Address from the default 003 address to something different using the CV write screen in RailMaster.
2. I can't find the Class 31 loco in the RailMaster 'Add a new loco' database in 'Settings Screen'.
3. I can't read any loco CV settings in RailMaster.
4. I have selected my Class 31 loco in the RailMaster loco 'Settings' screen, but how do I populate the function buttons with all the TTS sounds.

Also give us the R number of the Class 31 loco and the R number of the TTS decoder you have purchased.
