bairnsfan
I have a Flying Scotsman from a train set of the same name. In the last year I’ve converted to dcc I bought a TTS sound decoder and had to get the loco altered as the plug was in the engine so a member of my model railway club rewired the 6 pin plug into the tender. Due to technical difficulties trying to refit weight the chip stopped working. I bought another it ran for a short time then failed but one function I couldn’t access was the extended addres. I sent it back to the retailer and got a replacement but this time I took it to my club first a got our ddc experts to test it. The sound and running was fine but trying to use extended address registered a error 2 message ? Has anyone had the problem with TTS the decoder part number is R8106.
