Cornishman55 Posted June 16, 2018 Share Posted June 16, 2018 I have the DCC Flying Scotsman TTS and have recently noticed that the front of the tender is riding too high. If I press down on the front of the tender, the rear of the locomotive goes down.Investigations bring me to the conclusion that the drawbar needs to be lowered at the connection with the locomotive, which will in turn lower the tender.Could anyone please advise me on the best method to do this?Thank you Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

A had to put a slight kink in the coupling bar of my A4 Pacific because it kept lifting the front tender wheels up off the track. A small slight Z bend kink was all that was necessary. Percybigun Posted June 16, 2018 Share Posted June 16, 2018 I've got a few lner pacifics with this prob (all railroad i think, the superdetails are fine), i tried a meccano washer on one, it did improve the running and stopped it de-railing, but the tender still looks too high!
