Looking at your picture, I can see the ARC powerbase and a couple of lane changers - so I guess it is ARC Pro? I also see one racing crossover (the curved crossover track) - these need to be used in pairs, so is probably a reason for the red light. If you swap it for two standard curves (or add a second crossover), you should be good to go. I hope that fixes it. Let us know how you get on.
