Chrissaf Posted December 22, 2019 Share Posted December 22, 2019 I seem to have a problem getting all of the sound functions on some of my locomotives. Some display all of the funcions on the railmaster screen. However some only seem to let me set up six functions. I must be doing something wrong when I set the locomotives up but have no idea what. Should all of the sound functions just be displayed and work as soon as I set the locomotive up, without me doing anything else? I seem to have to go into the set up and select 'sound on/off' to make anything work. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

One or more of the following links will provide the setting up sound information you require. Note that the six check boxes in the sound function list are only applicable to select the six favourite functions you want to place on the small throttle. ALL functions appear on the large throttle, including the six functions that have the boxes checked..Read all my posts in the links below. Then mix & match the bits of information in each link to resolve your issue. There is a certain amount of duplication in these links as they were all written at different times to address specific forum member questions. They are however inter-related and cover a common theme relating to different aspects of sound decoder configuration..You may have to manually add the sound functions by typing them into the list if RailMaster is not populating them correctly when you choose the loco from the Hornby Database..If you have installed a TTS decoder into a Hornby loco yourself or had it done by a shop. That is to say it has not been fitted at the Hornby factory.
