96RAF Posted January 13, 2020 Share Posted January 13, 2020 I have had confirmation from Hornby that the new DCC Ready Rocket definitely has a socket for a 6-pin decoder and that the standard Hornby 6 pin decoder with harness will fit, if plugged in first, then the decoder inserted into the barrell area before the top is clipped back on. All those who said 6 pin please take a bow, all those who said 8 pin will have a spare decoder on their hands. Please amend your catalogues. I have politely contacted Honrnby and asked how this could have happened in the catalogue with such a major reveal even making the front cover and being so popular places have already sold out on pre order.
