porto
Hello All, I've been going through my collection and servicing locos. Started on my SDJR 2P (R2217A-PO) and while dismantling the tender motor for cleaning, 2 gears came out and I have no idea where they fitted. It looks like an enclosed ring field motor but with extra gears!/media/tinymce_upload/aa99eef94798547c2c4b367852e7a530.jpg Any help would be appreciated

Ruffnut Thorston
This motor is an ex Dapol model. The two gears are part of the drive train between the spur gear on the motor, and the gears before the wheels. The cover plate will likely have the retainers/ axles for the gears as part of it.
