Solderingon
Hi all , one of the black wires on the white connector of my car has come out due to a stubborn fitting when changing over to digital plug. (my fault I know!) any tips how to get that tiny wire back in its fitting? cheers
gorp
Am sure they have an answer on slot forum, digital, scaly. This problem is one have feared when they came up with the quick change system. Personally take off body and use forceps and tweezers to remove plug with no pulling on the wire. Takes longer but works well for me.
Andy P.
Oh dear that is annoying. Can you see any metal wire on the end of the wire? You may have to strip it back a bit and carefully insert it back in the hole and use something like to glue to keep it in place. If you don't have a soldering iron, magnifying glass and patience/dexterity maybe go to an electronics place with a case of their favorite drink and ask them to do it for you.Failing that, most jewelers would have the tools and skill. gorp
Your last choice is remove wiring and solder in a 7005 chip.
