My pre-orders

I have not pre-ordered anything on the Hornby website for about 5 years, but looking at my 'Account' part of the website, I am assuming pre-orders will go under 'Orders'. Have you checked your emails? Hornby Hobbies usually send confirmations about orders.

 

I think the reason you can't pre-order, is because the pre-order allocation may have already gone before you tried. Somebody mentioned before 7:00PM today, that the pre-order allocation had gone. There are only 500 models being produced, which isn't that many at all.

I have just found the CaptainTom loco in my basket when I logged in to the forum just now having failed earlier for nearly 3 hours to check out. I was able to check straight out without a problem and the preorder now appears in my orders.

So Graham1 it may be worth doing the same if still in your basket.

@ Traincliff & David_lewsey :- Well I've just tried about 10 mins ago (2:10 am 1st May 2020) & manage to get through ok!!! - Like being said above try again!!!

There may have been a problem with the site last night - I tried to log-on for about three hours and eventually gave up. Straight on this morning with no problems. Your pre-orders are listed on this site - together with all (?) the orders you have made over some considerable time.

Hi everyone, I know this sounds a daft question but I'm just trying to check my pre-orders but I can't see a tab specifically for pre-orders, do they just go under the normal orders section ?   I have been trying for ages to Oder the new Captain Tom 66, it seems to have taken it but it still shows it in my basket so I'm not sure if it really has taken it or not. Thanks for any help.
