No sound on a class 66

About a 95% probability that either the 'speaker' has blown ... an extremely common issue.

.

OR the Audio Amp on the decoder has blown ... a common issue but not as common as the speaker.

.

If it's under Warranty send it back. If outside Warranty the cheaper initial option is to replace the 'speaker' with a non Hornby branded one that will be more reliable .. this speaker must be not less than 8 ohms rated. If that doesn't work, then the decoder will need 'repair / replacing'.
