Class 43 - Is there interest in 1970s detailed Class 43 pairs?

In view of the crazy prices that are currently being asked for original detailed Hornby Class 43 power cars in Blue/Gey, isn't it about time Hornby offerred new models for both East Coast and West Coast 1970 era modellers?  There is certainly a lot of interest in these much loved locomotives and if Hornby isn't careful and leaves it too late, another manufacturer may pick up this model from Hornby.
