Hello, is it possible to obtain the list of all the CVs of the "R8107 TTS Sound Decoder"? Is it possible to flash the lamps on white wire when the loco is in reverse? thank you Fred

No ... TTS decoders are very basic (hence the low cost for a sound decoder). They have no special lighting effects that are configurable.

As just said. TTS decoders are very basic. They all share pretty much the same CV configuration options which are quite limited. R8107 is a Class A4 Steam loco TTS decoder.
