ben_newmarch Posted June 9, 2020 Posted June 9, 2020 Hi, as a hornby newbie, I have these telegraph poles which came with 2 types of clips. The shorter clips easily clip into the holes in the track left for the power clip however I cannot figure out how these larger clips(pictured) fit onto the track. Could someone help?/media/tinymce_upload/ac6a7498b6bae26087ecc0233877e745.jpg
96RAF Posted June 9, 2020 Posted June 9, 2020 If you turn the track over you will see that between sections of sleepers there is a gap without a tie piece. i suggest the clip bar fits in that gap and the nibs fit between the adjacent sleeper ends.

Ableas Posted June 10, 2020 Posted June 10, 2020 Thank you. It is very useful post and I could know its working with clips.
Ruffnut Thorston Posted June 10, 2020 Posted June 10, 2020 The 'claw' type clips were first used with the Hornby Overhead Electric supports. I didn't know that they have been issued with other accessories.
