00 Guage MK1 GUV Conversion

I have a bought a 00 Guage BR MK1 GUV motorail van from a manufacturer who i would not mention. I want to modify it so the Car doors at the end can be opened so I can place cars in and out without taking the body of.

Yes, that is obvious from your question.

I am not familiar with the motorail van perhaps there is only one manufacturer but otherwise it might be helpful if you were to advise. I think you mean conversion not conversation.

This would not be an easy job.

 

Basically, you are looking at cutting the end doors out of the GUV end.

 

Then you would need to make new doors, say from plastic card.

 

Making working hinges would be fiddly, especially to fit in scale.

 

The bottom section, I seem to remember, is a drop down flap.

 

Again, the hinges would be fiddly.
