Hornby eLink RailMaster Function Button question.

The 'Function' buttons in RailMaster are only latching if the text on/off appears on the button label.

.

So for example:

F0 button should read Lights on/off and not just Lights.

F1 button should read Sound on/off and not just Sound.

.

You edit the text on the 'Function' buttons by opening the appropriate locomotive in the 'Locomotive Settings' screen.

.

A fuller explanation of various aspects of using RailMaster are given in these various 'How To' threads (see 8th link down):

Hi Guys, New guy here, just gone the distance and bought an ELink DCC controller and now busy setting it up, manage to understand most of it apart from a problem with function buttons, whatever I program the button to F1, for example, I have the engine on. F0 lights on, both activities work for 3 sec then power off, its as if they work momentarily instead of latching on and staying on, have I not done something right somewhere? don't really want to go back to my select which works fine.

Thanks guys
