Andy P.
Can ArcAir bases and controllers (wireless) be used for 4 and 6 lane tracks? Will lane one of first track control wirelessly also control lanes 3 and 5 also lane 2 control lanes 4 and 6? Do bases have different frequencies? If so can the frequencies be changed to work on the other tracks? Just bought set. Tech support in U.S. not responding due to covid-19 restrictions? Can anyone help, please? Andy P.
HI There and welcome,Most of thes have been answered on this forum already. Please use the search function as the discussions will not only answer your immediate questions but possibly most of your follow on questions. Can ArcAir bases and controllers (wireless) be used for 4 and 6 lane tracks? One ARC AIR powerbase can only ever control 2 cars and each of those cars must have their own lane. Some of the newer bases might have dip switches on the bottom to allow you to change the frequencies of the controllers allowing more than one powerbase to be used in close proximity. ARC PRO which has an analog mode has such dip switches and can also be set to other frequencies to allow an ARC AIR and an ARC PRO in analog mode to be used in close proximity. The APP, however will only "talk" to one power base so you essentially have to use 2 or 3 apps and then compare results later. If you want to race mroe than 2 cars it is extremely easy to race 6 with ARC PRO in digital mode. You can expand out to 8 lanes but it must always come down to 2 and go across the power base. Will lane one of first track control wirelessly also control lanes 3 and 5 also lane 2 control lanes 4 and 6? I am not too sure what you are asking here. "Lanes" never control anything. The controls and circuits do.Do bases have different frequencies?See comment above about dip switches. If so can the frequencies be changed to work on the other tracks? Again, see comment above and many of the discussions on here.Just bought set. Tech support in U.S. not responding due to covid-19 restrictions? Can anyone help, pleaseMy understanding was that they were responding just very slowly and also having to priortize. If you want you can also contact customer care using the link at the right. Also check out the differnces between the ARC versions:https://www.scalextric.com/uk-en/shop/sets/app-race-control-arc.html

Slot Car-Union.com
I go back to this subject because I want to use 3 ARC AIR to have a 6-way circuit.Unfortunately my configuration does not work because I do not have a switch to change the frequency under the powerbase. How to have a 4 or 6 way circuit with my ARC AIR powerbases please?
