Hornby R3848 / R3848X Carisbrooke BR Terrier Packaging - Damaging Loco?

Good evening everyone,

I just wanted to see if anyone else has had the issue of the Carisbrooke terriers packaging destroying the handrails at the front of the tank please? (If you havent checked, it may well be worth looking).

I have a brand new one (which my LMS will be swapping shortly) but just wanted general feedback of how widespread the problem might be and also bring it to Hornbys attention.
As it currently stands it looks like most of the new Terriers do not have handrails at the front of the water tank itself. The Carisbrooke one however does, and looks like the designers never told the packaging dept that a different / modified 'glass block' was going to be needed.

Fingers crossed it is only a small batch affected and that they arent all like that  - otherwise Hornby are going to need to get plenty of the handrails (and potentially modified 'glass block' packaging) in their warranty repair workshop ;-)
