ColinB Posted August 14, 2020 Share Posted August 14, 2020 It stands for tooling, which as atom3624 has already said means they have changed all the moulds tthey used to make the model. If you watched James May program about Hornby, the previous owners threw away all the previous tooling, so the comment is no surprise. Tooling is what costs the money when making a new model.
