(added a decoder)No screws need to be loosened.Use a small flat-bladed screwdriver between the body and the chassis to lever the rear a bit, then look for purchase at the front. Going Spare Posted November 24, 2020 Share Posted November 24, 2020 The clues are there on the service sheet, but you have to look closely! On the top of the chassis frame, there are four clips: the front pair are outward facing, between the cylinders and the front wheels while the rear clips are rearward facing, in line with the sandboxes. These are shown in fig. 3 on the loco maintenance sheet which would have been in the set box. The front clips should be released first, as shown.
