Chrissaf Posted May 21, 2021 Share Posted May 21, 2021 The Propack 'Back-up' utility button is on the 'Help About' screen - see extract below taken from Page 131 on the RM manual. The blue box highlighted button opens the backup screen.The rest of the back-up process is documented on Page 135 of the RM manual.Can you be a little bit more explicit with regard your "it will not let me" statement. Are you following the instructions on Page 131 / 132 of the manual. If so, what happens when you press the deactivate button that looks like an open padlock.Do you get any on-screen messages, what do they say?
